Certified Childcare Educator
Hi, my name is Ruby, and I'm excited to share my journey with you.
At Ruby's Educational Pathways and Resources, I offer more than just babysitting – I provide a nurturing, educational experience tailored to your child's unique needs.
With 10 years of hands-on experience in the childcare industry, a Certificate 3 and Diploma in Childcare, and a passion for supporting neurodivergent children I am dedicated to giving your child the best care possible. Growing up on the Gold Coast with two older brothers, I’ve always had a deep love for working with children. I achieved my Certificate 3 straight after Year 11 and later completed my Diploma on the Northern Coast of New South Wales.
Having worked with children from 6 weeks to 15 years of age, I've gained experience in various settings, from nursery rooms to kindergarten. Over the past few years, I've transitioned into private childcare, supporting beautiful families on the Gold Coast. Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for working with neurodivergent children, especially those on the spectrum, and I’ve built a large collection of educational resources, including hand-made sensory materials like dried coloured rice, pasta, and chickpeas, that help engage and nurture children’s growth and development.Whether it’s through creative sensory play or engaging educational activities, I strive to foster growth, learning, and fun in a safe, supportive environment. Families on the Gold Coast trust me because I go above and beyond to make sure every child feels valued and loved. Choose Ruby's Educational Pathways for a fresh, thoughtful approach to childcare – where your child’s development is my priority.
